Council is considering an amendment to the Envision St. John's Development Regulations to incorporate various housekeeping items.

The purpose of the housekeeping amendment is to correct typos, duplicates, inconsistencies, inadvertent omissions, and to clarify provisions that are unclear or may lead to misinterpretation. The proposed changes are generally minor in nature and are intended to improve and strengthen the interpretation and implementation of the Regulations.
