The City of St. John’s released the results of its citizen satisfaction survey Monday, May 7. To further explore the results and begin the process of developing a strategic plan and budget for 2019-2021, the Mayor will hold a series of in-person and on-line town halls. The Mayor will be addressing the survey and asking residents, “What results connect with you?” and “What can the city do to improve or continue to provide quality services while keeping costs down?”
