PaybyPhone on Harbour Drive

In June 2018 the City began using PaybyPhone as the only payment method ('phone-only' payment) for 136 parking spaces on Harbour Drive. This was installed as a one-year trial of phone-only payment.

A Decision Note regarding the future of using phone-only payment was presented and discussed at the Committee of the Whole meeting on Wednesday, July 24, 2019.

Council voted to approve the recommendation: In addition to the PayByPhone option, the City will install pay station meter hardware on Harbour Drive as part of the City’s new parking meter equipment roll out.
