Project Completed

The construction project to extend Hebron Way to Major’s Path is now complete and the road opens to traffic at 5 p.m. today (Wednesday, Nov. 18).

The goal of the extension is to reduce traffic congestion on Torbay Road by providing an alternate route to the Torbay Road North Commercial Area.

Completed work includes:

• Extension of Hebron Way to Major’s Path
• Connecting Carolyn Drive to Hebron Way (north bound only)
• Roundabout at the intersection of Hebron Way and Major’s Path
• Water and sewer infrastructure upgrades
• Sidewalks and multi-purpose trail
