The City has received an application from RTO Capital Inc to rezone 51 Hazelwood Crescent from the Institutional (INST) Zone to the Apartment 1 (A1) Zone to enable the development of an Apartment Building. To rezone, the property also needs to be redesignated from the Institutional District to the Residential District.

The applicant is proposing to develop a three storey building with a total of 30 dwelling units.

The applicant will be required to prepare a Land Use Report for the proposed development.
