At the October 3, 2023 Regular Council Meeting, Council adopted St. John's Development Regulations Amendment 25, 2023. View the agenda, page 124. The amendment was registered by the Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs on October 24, 2023. A notice of registration was published in the NL Gazette on November 3, 2023 and in The Telegram on November 4, 2023. The amendment is now in legal effect.
