A "What we heard" document capturing key findings from all phases of the engagement process has been added under Document Library on the right side of this page. The online consultation process is now closed.
The Torbay Road North Commercial Area is a busy retail and business hub. Torbay Road itself acts as a gateway into St. John's and many people live in the adjacent residential communities.
As development has proceeded there have been increasing transportation demands on the roads in this area. The City has launched this project to study transportation issues.
If you travel in the Torbay Road, Stavanger Drive, or Aberdeen Avenue areas we need to hear what you have to say.
Through this project we hope to work with local residents, local business, and travelers to develop a set of solutions that will enhance people's ability to travel to or through this area.
We appreciate your comments and your time. The information on this page has been kept available for reference purposes.
Please use this map to identify specific concerns or ideas you have within the study area. Add a marker and provide a comment, identify a problem, or recommend a solution you have for this location.
