Final Report with Recommendations

The Pilot Project report is now available on the City’s website in the Committee of the Whole (COTW) agenda, and will be discussed by City Council at an upcoming COTW meeting on Wednesday, March 11 (meeting starts at 9 a.m.).

COTW meetings take place in City Council Chambers and are open to the general public. Meetings are also broadcast live and available for viewing online.

Following the Committee’s discussion and recommendation, the report will then be referred to a future City Council meeting for a final vote.
