The Public Meeting will be held 7 p.m., Tuesday, November 28, 2023 in the Foran/Greene Room, Fourth Floor, St. John’s City Hall. As well, you can join online via Zoom. To receive the Zoom link, please register. All comments made by attendees both in-person and online will be brought forward to Council for consideration prior to making a decision on the application.
